Digiscrap Parade

This month for the Digiscrap Parade the theme was the "scary stuff"
Halloween is great and all, but with the colors picked, I couldn't find anything scarier to design something for. I had an aunt that had a double mastectomy and recently our pastor's wife underwent surgery as well to get rid of cancerous cells.  The funny thing was, they didn't seem scared at all and were determined and confident they'd beat it - So in honor of them and all the survivors out there!
Here's my portion to this month's DigiScrap Parade:

Thank you! It seems every year Halloween gets darker. I'm almost glad my son is too old to go trick or treating. Now we volunteer at our church's Fall Festival Though I must admit - I do miss the candy.
